Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Litigation is the court method of resolving a dispute where a judge decides the conclusion of the case. Dispute Resolution is a term that refers to a number of processes that can be used to resolve a conflict, dispute or claim. Arbitration and mediation are both forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (also known as ADR).
